Asset Protection

Manufacturer Warranty

We provide a 12-month standard warranty on all core hardware from UTEST, HIRA, LANGRY, and AIDUNY. This covers manufacturing and electronic defects across the EAC.

Valid in Kenya, Uganda, TZ, RW, SS.
Requires original Royal-Sceptre invoice.
Excludes wear-and-tear consumables.

Technical Exchange

Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the precision-calibration requirements of engineering instruments, returns are limited to unopened, factory-sealed units within 7 calendar days of delivery.

20% Restocking Fee for approved returns.
Non-returnable: Calibrated sensors/reagents.
DOA Replacement: Immediate priority repair.

Data Integrity

Privacy & Data Policy

We comply with the Kenya Data Protection Act. Your technical project data, including groundwater mapping and structural scans, is kept strictly confidential.

No third-party data sharing.
Confidential survey coordinate storage.
Encrypted procurement documentation.

General Terms & Conditions

All quotations issued by Royal-Sceptre Company Ltd are valid for 30 calendar days. Given the import-dependent nature of our specialized equipment (UTEST, LANGRY, etc.), pricing may be subject to adjustment should national currency fluctuations exceed 5%. Possession of goods passes only upon full settlement of account. Our liability is limited to the replacement or repair of technical assets as per the manufacturer’s structural guidelines.
