Our equipment hire service gives contractors, consultants and project teams access to precision testing equipment without capital purchase. All hire equipment is inspected, calibrated and ready for use. Daily, weekly and monthly rental periods are available with transparent KES pricing.

Equipment delivered to site or collected from our Kenya warehouse. Includes calibration certificate, operating manual and basic familiarisation at handover.
Equipment + Operator
A Royal-Sceptre trained technician accompanies the equipment and operates it on your site. Ideal for one-off projects or when your team has not yet been trained on the equipment.
Calibration Certificate Included
All hire equipment comes with a current KEBS-traceable calibration certificate. Replacement certificates can be issued mid-hire if project duration extends beyond the original certificate period.
Site Delivery & Collection
Transport to and from site anywhere across Eastern and Southern Africa. Nairobi delivery within 24 hours; upcountry locations within 48 hours. Fragile instruments are foam-packed for safe transport.

- Confirm booking with 50% deposit; balance on delivery.
- Equipment delivered, inspected and handed over with calibration certificate.
