Group Training (5–12 People)
Run a course exclusively for your team at our facility or at your site. Group rates apply for 5 or more participants. Ideal for new laboratory staff, project mobilisation or refresher training.

Technical Support Channels
Remote Diagnostics
Our engineers diagnose common instrument faults remotely via video call, shared screen or guided photo submission. Available Monday to Saturday, 8 am to 6 pm EAT, with fast resolution for software and setup issues.
On-Site Service Visits
For equipment that cannot be transported, Royal-Sceptre field engineers support projects from Nairobi across East Africa, Uganda, Rwanda, Malawi, Tanzania, Ethiopia, COMESA markets and the wider Eastern/Southern Africa region.
WhatsApp Support Line
A dedicated support line provides quick answers for operational questions, error-code lookups, spare parts checks and training follow-up after course completion.
Annual Maintenance Contracts
Preventive maintenance contracts include scheduled visits, priority response, discounted spare parts and one included calibration cycle per year for eligible equipment categories.
