The average calibration value of the N-type concrete rebound hammer (2.207J) is [R] = 80±2. Furthermore, its Rockwell hardness of HRC 58-62 guarantees durability. The testing anvil is usually kept in a dry and dustproof place to prevent corrosion. The test surface shall not be knocked against at will to ensure the inspection tool’s standard state.

Test anvil for rebound hammer is a necessary calibration tool for Langry rebound hammer calibration. The testing anvil is used as an inspection tool. After a 5,000 -- 8,000 times bounce test, the anvil core and anvil body can be polished and leveled on the surface; grinding machine for reuse. However, the hardness of the anvil core shall be maintained HRC 58-62, otherwise, it shall not be used again.
