Precision Commissioning

On-site installation and commissioning of all major equipment supplied by Royal-Sceptre. Our engineers verify mechanical assembly, electrical connections, calibration zero-points and software configuration. A commissioning report is issued for every installation.

Typical duration: half-day to 2 days depending on equipment complexity.

On-Site Calibration

Periodic calibration performed at your facility using KEBS-traceable reference standards. Covers force frames, balances, moisture analyzers, NDT probes, Atterberg limit sets and more. Calibration certificates issued same day.

KEBS-traceable — satisfies tender and ISO 17025 documentation requirements.

Turnkey Laboratory Setup

Complete laboratory design, equipment specification, supply, installation and staff training in a single contract. Royal-Sceptre has established soil, concrete, asphalt, NDT and water quality laboratories for government agencies, universities, contractors and mining companies across Eastern and Southern Africa.

Annual Maintenance Contracts

Scheduled preventive maintenance visits (typically bi-annual), priority technical support response (under 24 hours), discounted spare parts supply and one included calibration per contract year. Covers all major UTEST, LANGRY, HIRA and AIDUNY equipment.

Equipment Rental

Short-term and long-term equipment rental for contractors, project consultants and laboratories requiring equipment for specific project phases. Daily, weekly and monthly rates available. Optional operator and calibration certificate included.

Emergency Field Support

When critical equipment fails mid-project, our emergency response team mobilises within 48 hours. Covers breakdown diagnosis, emergency repair, loan equipment provision and emergency spare parts dispatch — anywhere across Eastern and Southern Africa.

Support for laboratories introducing new test methods, equipment ranges or reporting workflows. We help teams verify equipment readiness, reference standards, repeatability checks, acceptance criteria and operator competence before routine use begins.
